The work we did
We aimed for a website design that matches with the company activities and appeals to the visitors at the same time. We threw a colour palette of tan, bordeaux and a lot of green touches in the mix, as well as a serif typeface and a lot of small photos.
Hand-crafted XHTML and CSS are the foundation for some outstanding search engine optimization on the site. For a long time already, the site takes the two top spots on a Google search for “huifkartochten”—the Dutch word for “covered wagon rides”. Of course, this provides a steady stream of visitors and clients!
Under the hood, you will find custom written PHP code. We created a simple picture gallery, a guestbook and a quite complex information form.
